Energy emitted by Lavender has cleansing, activating and soothing effect both physically and psychologically. That is why essential oil of Lavender is very useful in anxiety, stress, insomnia, pain relief and in cough, cold.
For spiritual seekers and regular meditators massage of diluted Lavender oil is considered good for avoiding kundalini related issues like over heating of body.
In diffuser : diffuse 6-15 drops of IWC Lavender essential oil (depending on size of the room) in a diffuser to create peaceful environment.
In massage oil : Add 12 drops of IWC Lavender essential oil in 30 ml of any carrier oil like coconut oil.
On chakras : Apply 1 drop of IWC Lavender essential oil diluted in equal amount of coconut oil on Solar Plexus, Throat and Ajna chakras. Same can also be done before meditation to enhance the meditation experience.
