Factors considered while choosing the cause

1.Trustworthiness of the organization: Money is a valuable resource and as a donor, it is our responsibility to make sure that money is spent rightly. So, I have spent considerable amount of time in making sure that the organizations I choose are trustworthy.
2.Impact of the donation: Impact of the donation can be short-term or long-term. A short-term impact is like feeding people, where hunger is satisfied. Long-term impact is something like donating an oxygen cylinder or planting a tree which creates positive impact for years. I choose 57% of the money to go towards long-term impact creating projects and rest towards short-term projects due to covid situation.
3.Number of beneficiaries: I choose only those projects which focus on a group of people.
4.Type of Good Karma: Pranic Healing teaches the systematic way of donating money. I tried my best to stick to this teaching. So, I covered various categories like covid relief, health, mother nature, project of Guru, orphanage, food, old age home etc.

Total money donated – Rs.1,08,595
