Monday – Gratitude Topic of the week from Rhonda Byrne’s ‘The Magic’ book will be presented
Wednesday – Gratitude Meditation related to the topic of the week
Friday – Gratitude Meditation related to the topic of the week
Studies and research in the area of psychology have shown that gratitude can improve general well-being, increase resilience, strengthen social relationships, and reduce stress and depression. It is a great tool to calm our mind and find joy.
