Meditation is a great tool that helps us go within and discover our true self. 2020 has been a roller coaster and what better way to end it than with a 21 day meditation challenge. So, here comes a 21 day meditation challenge that starts on December 12th 2020(Sat) and concludes on January 1st 2021(Fri). Lets bid farewell to 2020 with positivity and invite 2021 with the thrill and joy of successfully completing a challenge.
